Cancellation Policy

Appointments & Bookings Appointments are required and can be made via our website, phone, or in-person. A valid phone number and/or email address is required to secure your booking. A $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. To reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment for hairstyling services. Absolutely no refunds for cancelations For events held on Sundays with "Ivie's Crown Events" all booking payments are non refundable. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and No-shows will result in loss of entire deposit. Late Arrivals We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid delaying the next client. In some cases, you may still be charged for the full appointment. Deposits & Payments For all services, a $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits go toward your final service total.
