Service Description
Please Note: The prices displayed represent starting rates. Final service costs are subject to adjustment at the salon based on the duration of the appointment, hair length and style size.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Bookings Appointments are required and can be made via our website, or in-person. A valid phone number and/or email address is required to secure your booking. A $25 deposit is required to secure your service appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Absolutely no refunds for cancelations on all services. For Crown School events, all booking payments are non-refundable. All cancelled appointments will not be refunded ​  Late Arrivals We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid delaying the next client. Deposits & Payments For all services, a $25 deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits go toward your final service total. Group Bookings & Special Events For group appointments or bridal/event styling, please email us at ivcsalon@gmail.com ​ Respect & Communication We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.
