Service Description
Discounted Hairstyle Model Program - Terms & Conditions By booking a discounted hairstyle under our Model Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: - Model appointments are available exclusively for dates between **October 22 and October 31, 2026**, inclusive. - Appointments must be booked for and completed within this period. - These discounted prices are exclusive to the Model Program and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. - Your hair must be thoroughly washed and blow-dried before arriving for your appointment. - Participation requires you to be comfortable being photographed and filmed during your appointment. - You agree to allow Ivie’s Crown Salon to capture and use photographs and video footage of your hair, styling process, and finished hairstyle for promotional and marketing purposes. - You acknowledge that more than one stylist may work on your hair during your appointment. - Ivie’s Crown Salon reserves the right to decline or discontinue a booking if your hair is unsuitable for the selected style, or cannot be safely styled. - If we decline your appointment for these reasons, **we will refund all the booking payment and any fees paid to us for that appointment**. - Where possible, we may discuss alternative styles, but alternatives are not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments & Bookings Appointments are required and can be made via our website, or in-person. A valid phone number and/or email address is required to secure your booking. A $25 deposit is required to secure your service appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Absolutely no refunds for cancelations on all services. For Crown School events, all booking payments are non-refundable. All cancelled appointments will not be refunded Late Arrivals We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to avoid delaying the next client. Deposits & Payments For all services, a $25 deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits go toward your final service total. Group Bookings & Special Events For group appointments or bridal/event styling, please email us at ivcsalon@gmail.com Respect & Communication We are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment. Please communicate openly with us if you're running late, need adjustments, or have any concerns. We’re here to help! Policy Updates This policy may be updated occasionally.
